Learning Chinese can be fun and easy. “Always Asia” offers Chinese courses for people who wish to learn Chinese for both professional and social purposes. Classes are customized to meet your specific needs and objectives.


The course is designed with a communicative approach, whether you are thinking of planning a business trip, study trip or leisure tour to China.

The course presents a gateway to the Chinese culture to enable you to master Chinese. Through this course, you will acquire common words and phrases in managing a conversation.


The course consists of 12 sessions with 1 hour per session, twice a week, amounting to 12 hours. The other alternative is 8 sessions made up by 1.5 hour per session.

The courses are structured in 7 levels. Each level will take about 1.5-2 months to be completed. Specialized modules are also offered.

The levels are progressive: - elementary, social, intermediate, functional, advanced and professional level.


The instructors are native speakers and experienced teachers in training foreigners.

The methodology of “Always Asia” allows you to speak, understand, and read the Chinese characters right from the first day of class.

Our methodology allows you to pick up Mandarin in an easy and fun way. We have designed the class in line with the profile of the foreign students and their special needs.

All the classes are structured according to the four basic aspects of learning a second language in the following order:-
Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. At the end of each course, you will be able to master these abilities according to the respective levels.

The classes offer a good mix of theoretical explanation and practical exercise. Further, expository methods such as directed debates, small group discussions, and techniques of dramatization are employed.

The Proposed Curriculum

The course is divided in three categories and 7 levels:
  • Basic level (Basic, Elementary)
    You will learn about the Romanisation of Mandarin (HanYu Pinyin) correctly. You will also learn ways of personal presentation, greetings, social and family relations and basic concepts such as numbers, time, date (scheduling), age, nationality, colors and etc. You will also be exposed to the correct sentence structure of Mandarin and familiarized yourself in “thinking in Mandarin.” At the end of this level, you should be able to hold simple conversations and ask social questions.

  • Intermediate level (Social, Intermediate and Functional)
    You will be able to expand your vocabulary and incorporate the written aspect of language and grammar. You will be able to manage social situations without major problem. For example, you can make conversations about the weather, restaurants and etc. You can also ask for directions, make telephone calls and buy basic goods etc. At the end of this level, you could understand the conversation between native speaks, answer electronic mails, messages and to take simple notes. In sum, you will also be able to make phrases and sentences.

  • Advanced level (Advanced and Professional)
    Here you will have acquired a good mastery of the language. You are exposed to business conversation. Further, you could interrupt conversations to ask for clarification. You could also participate fairly fluently in majority of the conversations between native speakers. You could speak with certain level of confidence in a normal speed; using suitable idiomatic expressions on a great number of subjects. In addition, you could give information and make evaluations on common subjects.
